• Contact details you give us, name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number.
• Trip details, destinations, dates, number of travellers and preferences.
• Information needed to arrange services such as ticketing, visas and accommodation.

Our enquiry and booking forms hand your message to us via WhatsApp; we receive the details you choose to send. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
• To arrange and manage your bookings (flights, tours, visas, transfers, accommodation).
• To process payments and send booking confirmations.
• To keep you informed about your trip.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Paystack). Card and mobile money details are entered directly with the provider, we never see or store your full card details. Payment providers maintain their own PCI-DSS-compliant security.

Sharing your information

We share information only as needed to deliver your trip, for example with airlines, hotels, ground operators, visa authorities and our payment provider. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting or tax requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
